It is vitally important that you include images on your blog to make it visually appealing.  It is the icing on the cake, the cherry on top of the sundae.  Without images, your blog is bland and boring and will not attract readers.

Today’s media is all about the visual.  Your website is not likely to survive if it does not have striking graphics. Graphics are the spice in your reader’s soup.

Finally, it is also important to include a featured image for each post so that they appear with an image where your post is listed on your blog.  Depending on your blog theme, the featured image can be essential to ensure proper formatting.
